  • Discord Account Information: Username, Discord ID, avatar image (email addresses are not collected)
  • Comment Information: Comment content, posting date/time, IP address (email is optional and will be saved)

3. Purpose of Use

10. Comments

IP addresses are recorded when posting comments. This is a necessary measure to prevent spam and trolling. Recorded IP addresses can be viewed on the admin panel even after comment approval.

Email addresses are optional, but if entered, will be saved with the comment.

11. Unpublished Articles

Draft articles on the Site can only be viewed by administrators and contributors. General users cannot view unpublished articles.

12. Voting Feature

The Site collects and records the following information when users participate in polls:

  • Discord ID of the voting user (to prevent duplicate voting)
  • ID of the selected option
  • Voting date and time

Voting data is used solely for vote tallying and result display, and will not be provided to third parties. Voting content is aggregated anonymously, and individual voting details will not be disclosed to other users. However, administrators may be able to view voting status on the admin panel.

Voting data is retained as long as the poll is published. If a poll is deleted, the associated voting data will also be deleted.

13. Advertisements

This site uses third-party advertising services (including Google AdSense). These advertising distributors may use cookies to display interest-based advertisements.
